Chinese Chess board game against a computer opponent. To win you need to capture the general of your opponent.
How to Play
Move your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The General can only travel one square at a time within the palace. Mandarins must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Bishops move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot jump over pieces. Knights move one square straight and then one square diagonally, if not impeded by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, acting as powerful attackers. Catapults move like chariots but must jump over exactly one piece. Pawns move forward one square and attack sideways after crossing the river. Remove the opponent's general to win the game. Plan your moves carefully to outmaneuver the computer opponent.
